A Tokyo practice devoted to reading procurement approval applications with care before they reach the stamp.
Why we exist
Approval cycles slow when the application is incomplete — not when the purchase is wrong. Logic Space was founded in Tokyo to give requesting teams and procurement officers an independent reading of the packet itself: the forms, quotes, justifications, and signature path that must travel together.
We work from Marunouchi, close to the offices that still move paper and scanned packs through layered authority matrices. Our focus stays narrow on purpose. We are not a general management consultancy and we do not sell purchasing software.
How we approach the work
Each engagement begins with your rules, not ours. We ask for the threshold table, the routing matrix, and any local checklist already in use. Findings are written in plain language with page references so a busy controller can act the same afternoon.
We prefer calm, documented disagreement over soft reassurance. If a packet is not ready, the memo says so and explains what would change that judgement.

Values in practice
- Independence — We do not take referral fees from suppliers named in the packets we review.
- Custody — Client documents stay in controlled folders and are returned or destroyed per your instruction at close.
- Restraint — We comment on the application in front of us, not on corporate strategy beyond that file.
Japan context
Many of our clients still blend Japanese-language forms with English supporting quotes from overseas vendors. We read both and flag translation mismatches that change amounts or scope — a frequent cause of quiet returns from finance.
