Pricing follows the size and urgency of the approval packet, not a subscription to software. Figures below are starting points in Japanese yen, excluding consumption tax. Final quotes confirm page volume, language mix, and deadline.
Full packet application audit
One complete procurement approval application with written memo.
Pre-committee readiness check
Shorter pass with pass / conditional / not-ready judgement.
Standing desk retainer
Up to four mid-value packets per month, shared findings template.
Requester briefing workshop
Half-day session, up to 16 participants, materials included.
What moves the estimate
- Page volume — Packets over ~80 pages, or dense technical annexes, add reading days.
- Language mix — Parallel Japanese and English versions require cross-checking declared amounts.
- Rush — Turnarounds under five business days for full audits carry a rush surcharge stated in the quote.
- On-site — Reading-room days outside central Tokyo include travel billed at cost.
Deposits
Full packet audits and workshops require a 40% deposit to reserve the calendar. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
