How Logic Space collects, uses, and retains personal data in connection with inquiries and engagements.

Data controller

Logic Space, 1-6-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0005, Japan, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and client engagements. Contact: hello@logic-space.digital · +81 3-5293-8800.

Data we collect

  • Inquiry forms — name, email, optional audit type and packet size, and message content.
  • Email and phone — correspondence you initiate.
  • Engagement files — names and roles appearing in procurement packets you supply; we ask clients to minimise unnecessary personal data.
  • Technical logs — basic server or analytics data if you accept non-essential cookies (see Cookies).

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted audits, issue invoices, meet record-keeping duties, and improve site reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement continues. Engagement working files follow the custody choice in the engagement letter (return, deletion, or limited archive up to 24 months). Accounting records are retained as required under Japanese law.

Sharing

We share data with processors who host email or secure file transfer under confidentiality terms, and with professional advisors when required. We may disclose information when Japanese law obliges us to do so.

International transfers

Our primary processing occurs in Japan. If a processor stores data outside Japan, we take appropriate contractual and organisational steps consistent with applicable requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Japanese law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact hello@logic-space.digital. You may also raise concerns with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) of Japan.

Children

Our services are directed to organisational clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
