A mid-size manufacturer prepared a ¥92 million press-line replacement application. The business case was strong, but the comparative quotes used different Incoterms, and the risk note lacked a signature from plant safety. Logic Space’s full packet audit flagged both items with page references and marked the file conditional.
The requester obtained aligned quotes and the safety signature within two days. The capital committee approved at the next sitting without returning the file. The client later said the audit fee was easier to explain to the board than another month of idle capacity on the old line.

A Tokyo property manager submitted a three-year cleaning and security bundle. Our readiness check found the approval form stated a single annual amount while the annex summed three escalating years. We recommended correcting the form before the sitting; the corrected packet passed on first reading.
