Who this is for

Result

You receive a dated audit memo that states whether the application is ready for the next approver, lists material gaps with page references, and notes residual judgement calls that only your committee can make. The memo is written to sit in the same file as the application.

Scope included

Process

1. Intake — You send the draft packet (PDF or shared folder) and your threshold / routing rules.
2. Clarifying call — A short call to confirm urgency, known weak spots, and who will read the memo.
3. Audit reading — We mark findings against a structured worksheet.
4. Memo delivery — Written findings, optional 45-minute walkthrough with the requester.

Preparation

Have the latest draft, not an outdated copy. Include rejected earlier versions only if you want us to track what changed. Redact personal employee numbers if your privacy rules require it; leave supplier names and amounts intact.

Constraints

Rush turnarounds under five business days are limited to packets under roughly 40 pages. Packets with extensive technical drawings may need a subject specialist you nominate; we coordinate but do not substitute for engineering sign-off.
