Terms governing use of the Logic Space website and engagement of our audit services.
Acceptance
By accessing logic-space.digital or engaging Logic Space for an application audit, workshop, or retainer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described
Content on this site describes professional application audit and related advisory services for procurement approval applications. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quote or engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and original worksheets remain the property of Logic Space unless a written agreement assigns them. Client procurement packets and internal policies remain the client’s property. Audit memos are licensed to the client for internal use in the related approval file; republication requires our prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate drafts, disclose known gaps, and obtain any internal permission required before sharing documents with us. We are entitled to rely on materials as supplied.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Japan, Logic Space is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delayed committee decisions or commercial outcomes of a purchase. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except in cases of wilful misconduct or where liability cannot be limited by law.
Audit findings are professional opinions based on documents reviewed at a point in time. They are not legal advice, accounting certification, or a guarantee that a committee will approve a purchase.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. The site may change without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless a written engagement letter specifies otherwise.
